Order Processing & Dispatch

• Standard Non-Perishable Orders: Orders are prepared and handed off to our carriers within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays).
• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders submitted before 2:00 PM EST (Monday through Friday) are generally processed the same business day. Orders submitted after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends, are processed on the next business day.
• Perishable Goods Handling: Items that require temperature control are packaged using specialized cold-chain insulation and are dispatched Monday through Thursday only, so they are not held in transit over the weekend.
